Information about the herbs and ingredients we use, their medicinal properties, uses, and more.

Herbs:

Aloe vera: Anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral. .. Well known treatment for burns. Also helpful in treating infection in wounds, cancer and stomach ailments. Helps destroy bacteria and fungi, including E coli and strains of staphylococcus, and candida.
Used in our Ouchie spray for its healing properties. And in our Hand Sanitizer for its anti-bacterial properties and to leave skin soft.

Astragalus: Widely used in Chinese Medicine, it boosts the immune system. Helps to counteract tiredness and lack of appetite in patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy for cancer. Soothing and healing for stomach ulcers. Use for anything from the common cold to cancer.

Birch bark (white): astringent. Used for bruises, burns, eczema, wounds, skin eruptions (boils and sores), rheumatism, psoriasis. Also restores firmness to skin.
Used in our Wrinkle butter

Buckthorn bark: Tonic, laxative, cathartic. Used as a gentle purgative for chronic constipation, generally in the form of the fluid extract.

Calendula: antibacterial, anti-inflammatory. .. Acts against inflammation, and is excellent for cleaning and healing wounds. It soothes and quiets irritation and also increases peripheral circulation. Is a wonderful skin herb, soothing, moisturizing, hydrating, even reduces wrinkles and lines. Also for, wound healing, burns, sunburn, eczema, bruises, sores.
Used in several of our products for both healing and moisturizing, Advanced healing butter, in our Wrinkle butter, Lip Balms, Lotions, Ouchie Spray, Massage oil, Tattoo ointment

Cascara Sagrada: safe and effective laxative. Helps chronic constipation and good for cleansing.

Catnip: (also known as catmint) Not just for cats! Helps insomnia, and stress, potent sleep inducer. Also helps symptoms of colds, flu & fevers.
Used in our Insomnia Tincture, Bed time tea.

Chamomile: Medicinal: The total list of benefits and treatments for Chamomile is huge. Just a few are; insomnia, anxiety, menopausal depression, loss of appetite, colic, aches and pains, migraine, teething, motion sickness, inflammation, itching. Soothes skin rashes, including eczema, minor burns and sunburn.
Aromatherapy: Calming. Mood lifting. Promotes restful sleep. Reduces stress and tension.
Used in our Herbal Pillows for its aromatherapy properties, our Advanced healing butter for its skin healing, and our Bed time tea for a restful sleep, as well as our amazing Anti-Aging butter.

Cinnamon bark: makes a great antiseptic and used to treat colds. Treats abdominal pain, asthma, bloating, aching, raises vitality, boosts brain function, constipation, diarrhea, digestive irritation, excessive menstruation, fevers, gastric disorders, indigestion, nausea, stomach upset, vomiting, regulates blood sugar.
Used in some of our Teas for digestive help, brain boosting and more.

Chickweed: Externally: Soothes itchy skin as well as eczema, acne, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, psoriasis, inflammation, ulcers, boils, abscesses, allergies and other skin problems, treating wounds, has cell-proliferating properties, useful in speeding-up the healing process.
Internally: Also a great weight loss herb. Shown to Boost metabolism, with a potentially regulating effect on the thyroid. Diuretic, and helps flush fat cells out of the body.
Used in our Advanced healing butter for its external properties. And our Oolong blend for weight support.

Comfrey: one of The most healing herbs. It is nourishing and a very powerful herb to use externally. It is excellent for wounds, sprains, broken bones, and bruises. It is also very regenerative, and stimulates cell growth, which is why it is excellent for wound healing. Also working internally for gastric ailments including duodenal ulcers and colitis, and is beneficial for bronchitis.
Always make sure wounds are cleaned out with an anti-septic such as Echinacea tincture before applying remedies with comfrey. You do not want to trap infectious material under the skin.
Used in our Ouchie spray, First Aid ointment, and Advanced healing butter for its Incredible healing properties.

Dandelion: rich source of nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and other antioxidant phytochemicals. Useful as a powerful diuretic, it is a good source of potassium. Helpful with anemia, fever, liver detoxifying, skin and urinary ailments, relieves constipation & stomach ache, also helps to improve the quality of skin by removing bacteria.
Used in our Tattoo ointment

Dong Quai: well known for treating women's problems including the symptoms of menopause, cramps and PMS. Very useful in helping to end hot flashes and menstrual cramps, vaginal dryness, premenstrual issues. Natural hormone stimulator. Tincture

Echinacea: antibiotic, antibacterial, antiseptic. Internally: Immune system booster. Fights Bacterial infections. Useful in stopping colds and flu from becoming worse. Also an excellent blood cleanser. Used for colds, coughs and flu and other upper respiratory conditions, enlarged lymph glands, sore throat, urinary tract infections, acne, herpes, candida and persistent infections. As a mouthwash for sore throats tonsillitis, mouth ulcers and gum infections.
Externally: Great to clean and disinfect wounds. Also aides in skin regeneration and skin infections, psoriasis, eczema and inflammatory skin conditions.
In liquid supplement form Echinacea tincture also in our, First Aid ointment, Ouchie spray, and Breathe Easy tea.

Elder berry: antioxidant, anti-viral. Elderberry is an amazing anti-viral, boosts the immune system, great for for coughs, colds, flu, bacterial and viral infections, tonsillitis, Used to improve heart health, lower cholesterol and for its antioxidant activity. Bioflavonoids and other proteins in the juice destroy the ability of cold and flu viruses to infect a cell.
We Love pure Elder berry! Find it in liquid form Elderberry tincture.

Eucalyptus: Medicinal: Breaks up congestion. Great for sinuses, allergies, colds and flu symtoms, also treats fever, bronchitis, and asthma. Relieves pain and sore muscles, Reduces inflammation, Stimulates circulation, repels certain insects.
Aromatherapy: Fresh, camphor-like scent, slightly minty. Helps relieve mental fatigue, Improves mental clarity and alertness, Sharpens the senses. Uplifting, energizing scent. Can be used during the workday to provide a boost to concentration and spirits. Use it for times when you needs to focus or clear the head. Great for congestion, sinuses, allergies, colds and flu.
Used in our Herbal Pillows for its aromatherapy properties, in our Eucalyptus rub and Breathe Easy tea to relieve congestion and cold symptoms and in our Muscle Rub & Insect repellent

Fennel: Used for respiratory congestion, coughs, colic, irritable bowel. Increases urine flow, promotes menstruation, improves digestive system, improves milk flow, lowers blood pressure. Also used for anxiety, depression, arthritis, water retention, appetite suppressant, asthma, heartburn.
Used in our Breath Easy tea

Feverfew: Treats migraine headaches, arthritis, dizziness, relieves fevers, muscle tension and pain, lowers blood pressure, lessens stomach irritation, stimulates appetite, improves digestion.

Ginko Biloba: Has an amazing array of benefits. It is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, improves blood flow, strengthens blood vessels, relaxes the lungs, circulatory system tonic. Improves allergies, mental function, asthma, dementia, depression, diabetes related nerve damage and poor circulation, headaches, impotency. Improves circulation to the brain in the elderly, improves long-distance vision and possibly reverses damage to the retina. Can be used for menopause, PMS, short-term memory loss, sinusitis, and More. Tincture

Ginger: for nausea, colic and irritable bowel, chills, cold, flu, fevers and poor circulation. Menstrual cramps, dyspepsia (bloating, heartburn, flatulence), indigestion, improves circulation, gastrointestinal problems such as gas or stomach cramps, lowers cholesterol. Used to aide painful spasms in the bowels and stomach. Taken hot it is excellent for suppressed menstruation.
Used in our Breathe Easy tea.

Goldenseal: Alterative, anti-biotic, anti-catarrhal, anti-infective, anti-inflammatory ... Many uses include treatments for bladder and intestine infections, earache, eczema, gum infections, hemorrhoids, hay fever, laryngitis, preventing cold and flu, relive congestion and excess mucous, sores, wounds.

Jasmine: Externally: On the skin it is used with great effect to treat dry, stressed and sensitive skins and also helps to increase elasticity.
Internally: fights viruses and bacteria, preventing thus influenza, cavities and food poisoning, including cholera, dysentery, prevention of cancer and heart diseases, trigger weight loss by decreasing body fat and stimulating body to burn calories. Used in our Herbal Rewind - Anti-Aging butter

Kava Kava: used to help sleep, fatigue, asthma, urinary tract infections, anxiety, insomnia, menopausal symptoms. Calming and restorative, stress-relieving. Also used for muscle spasms, tension, bladder infections.

Lavender: fresh, clean, and obviously 'lavender' - most people can pick out the fragrance easily. Medicinal: wonderful for all skin types. Great for headaches, pain, stress relief, depression, general relaxation, it's also purifying and calming. Lavender is a highly effective anti-inflammatory agent and is useful in treating stings, bites, burns, eczema, dermatitis, bruises, and acne. Has a wonderful ability to neutralize toxins.
Aromatherapy: Mood uplifting. Balances mood swings. Helps ease anger, anxiety, nervousness, stress, tension. Promotes restful sleep and helps with insomnia. Encourages stillness and tranquility. Lessens aches and pains.
Used in our Herbal Pillows, Lighten the Darkness tea, Advanced healing butter and we also use Lavender essential oil in several of our products, as it is one of the most popular fragrances. Bath products, Herbal Mist, Lotions, Massage oils.

Lemon Balm: Also known as Melissa. Medicinal: anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anti-spasmodic, anti-viral ... Used for, anxiety, calming nerves, chronic fatigue, colds, cold sores, colic, depression, dizziness, and fevers. Also gastrointestinal complaints, headaches, hypothyroidism, insomnia, menstrual cramps, mental clarity and concentration, nausea relief, nervous agitation, palpitations, relaxation, sleeping problems, upset stomach, viral infections, wounds.
Aromatherapy: Mild Lemony herbal scent. Reduces stress and anxiety, promotes sleep, calms nerves, helps depression, soothes restlessness, relieves headaches.
Used in our Lighten the darkness tea, and Herbal pillows.

Lemon Grass: Medicinal: cold and flu, reducing fevers, cramps, flatulence and arthritic pain, aid digestion, stress, high blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, eliminates toxins, cleanses kidney, pancreas, liver, bladder etc, improves the digestive system. Similar to citronella grass and has the same repellant effects on insects.
Aromatherapy: Like lemon tinged with ginger. Tranquilizing, headaches, soothing, calming, Anti-depressant, soothes aches and pains, and relieves stress.
Used in Insect repellent, Herbal pillows

Licorice: allergies, arthritis, bronchitis, chronic fatigue, colds, constipation, coughs, dandruff, depression, exhaustion, fibromyalgia, flu, gingivitis and tooth decay. Also hayfever, heartburn, hepatitis, Lyme disease, menopause, psoriasis, sore throat, throat problems, ulcers, viral infections, yeast infections, cholesterol. Used in our: Breathe easy Tea

Lobelia: The most powerful relaxant. Reduces heart palpitations. Strengthens muscle action. Fine treatment for fevers, pneumonia, meningitis, pleurisy, hepatitis, and peritonis. Great for women's issues. In our Muscle Rub

Motherwort: Eases menstrual cramps, mood swings, stress, high blood pressure, hot flashes, nervousness, hysteria, hyper behavior, PMS, menopause. As well as in treatment of heart palpitations and anxiety, and to encourage normal menstrual cycles, lower blood pressure, and aides in depression.
Tincture

Mugwort: Medicinal: Effective treatment for the stomach and for gout.
Aromatherapy: Mugwort is most famous for its use as a "Dream" herb. It is known to enhance dreaming, both in sleep and in Shamanic journeying and other trance work. It is said to enhance whatever level of dreaming one is developed in. For example, if one can not remember ones dreams, Mugwort will enhance and help the individual to develop this. If one is at the next level of dreaming, cognitive or lucid dreaming: (being aware one is dreaming and being able to "manipulate" the dream at will) Mugwort will enhance this.
Used in our Lucid Dream pillow

Nettle: Nettle is another of those "universal" herbs. They are found all over the world, And they strengthen the Entire body. It is a very nourishing herb and is great to use as a general tonic for every day. Used to treat rheumatism, arthritis, eczema, allergies, nosebleeds, arteries, lessen blood pressure, bronchitis, bursitis, gingivitis, laryngitis, sinusitis, just to name a few. Nettles contain, calcium, chlorine, iron, potassium, silicon, sodium, and sulfur.

Oolong Tea: aka Wulong. Effective in controlling obesity because it activates the enzyme that is responsible for dissolving triglyceride. It has been confirmed that the continuous intake of oolong tea contributes to enhancing the function of fat metabolism and to controlling obesity. Other benefits include, cancer prevention, reducing harmful effects from cigarettes smoking, removing free radicals, stimulating nerve center and the process of metabolism, reducing heart disease, aiding digestion. Contains about 30mg of caffeine per cup. Drink 2 - 3 cups a day to aid in weight loss.
Oolong Tea blend

Peppermint: Medicinal:Combats flatulence, relieves colic, nausea and motion sickness, aids digestion, helps breathing, congestion, and opens airways, disinfectant, repels insects.
Aromatherapy: mood uplifting, relieve mental fatigue, mental clarity, alertness, concentration, and memory, sharpens the senses, reviving and refreshing, energizing, cooling, pain relief, helps breathing, improves digestion, increases appetite.
Used in our Breathe easy tea, Eucalyptus rub, and Insect repellant.

Plantain: It is one of the best 'first-aid kits' of the wild. It helps to stop bleeding, helps stop infection from spreading, and takes away pain as well as itching. It is also well known for snakebites. If you're out and ever get an insect sting, find some of this very common plant quickly, chew up a few leaves, and apply it directly to the sting. Also good for eczema, coughs, and mild bronchitis.

Psyllium: Excellent colon cleanser, cleans out compacted pockets in the colon. Creates bulk and relieves auto-intoxication.

Red Raspberry leaf: As a tea, it is excellent for morning sickness in pregnancy. An aid to preventing miscarriage, it strengthens the uterine walls prioir to giving birth. Also Helps to decrease menstrual bleeding, relaxes uterine and intestinal spasms, helps hotflashes and menstrual cramps. In our Moon cycle Tincture

Red clover: A good blood purifier. It is an antidote to cancer, containing lime, silica and other earthy salts. Relaxing to nerves and entire system.

Rhubarb root: (also known as Turkey rhubarb) Very good to increase the muscular action of the bowels. Also will relieve headaches.

Rosemary: Medicinal: circulatory and nerve stimulant. Has a calming effect on the digestion and is also calming to headache and depression, Relaxes tight muscles, Improves digestion, muscular pain, rheumatism, circulation problems, mental fatigue, nervous exhaustion, cellulite, arthritis, colds, bronchitis, fluid retention, sinusitis, dry mature skin and acne.
Aromatherapy: Mildly Pine-like scent. Helps relieve mental fatigue. Improves mental clarity, alertness, memory. Mood uplifting. Sharpens the senses.
Used in our Oolong tea blend, Herbal pillows and Lotions

St. Joans Wort: St. Johns wort, Known as the Natural Prozac. Use in treatment of depression, neuralgia, anxiety, tension, and similar problems. Has a mildly sedative and pain reducing effect. Good for menopausal irritations. Also a great anti-viral, and helps fight colds & flu. Powerful first aid properties, heals damaged nerves, is great for sun burns, and is awesome for strained muscles.
Used in our Lighten the darkness tea, St. Johns wort Tincture, Muscle Rub, First Aid ointment

Sage: Sage tea makes an excellent gargle for ulcerated throat or mouth. Stops bleeding of wounds and cleans old ulcers and sores. Will expel worms. Also for liver and kidney troubles.

Senna: Most effective as a strong laxative.

Slippery Elm bark: Very valuable for mucus inflammation of the lungs, bowels, stomach, kidneys, and bladder. Will sustain ulcerated and cancerous stomach even when nothing else will.

Uva Ursi: diuretic, very useful in diabetes and all kinds of kidney troubles. Excellent remedy for, cystitis, piles, hemorrhoids, spleen, liver, pancreas and gonorrhea. Also good where there are mucus discharges from the bladder with pus and blood and pelvic pain that is cramping, heavy, and dragging.

Valerian: A nerve tonic. Excellent for insomnia and sleep issues. Used to treat anxiety, confusion, depression with anxiety, encouraging sleep and improving sleep quality, hives, hypochondriasis, hysteria, improving circulation, insomnia and disturbed sleep patterns. Also intestinal colic, lack of concentration, menopausal dysfunction, retarded and scanty menstruation, migraines, nervous excitability, palpitations, PMS, rheumatic fever and pain, stress, tension, and tranquilizer withdrawal.
Used in our Insomnia Tincture

White willow bark: Helps calm headaches. (Aspirin was made from this). Also good for varicose veins. Used in douches and enemas for internal tumors and swellings. One of the best remedies for piles and hemorrhoids, hemorrhages, or any trouble of the rectum. It normalizes the liver, kidneys and spleen. In our Muscle Rub

Witch Hazel: A good tonic, it aids in treating menstruation, lungs, uterus, piles, circulation, tumors, and is effective as a douche.

Wormwood: A good tonic for treating liver, fever, and digestion.

Yarrow: A recent US Army study found Yarrow to be More effective then DEET at repelling insects, ticks, mosquitoes, and sand flies. Taken as a tonic it aids in run-down conditions and indigestion. If taken at the beginning of a cold it will break it up within a day. Has soothing and healing action on the mucus membranes. Also is antibacterial, pain relieving, heals wounds, fights bacteria, antiseptic, decongestant, improves coughs and sinus infections, astringent, allergies, flu, fevers and colds, infections, eczema, Anti-inflammatory, expectorant.

(For external use Only! Never take essential oils internally! Always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to skin.)

Aromatherapy & External use properties:

Anise: Emotional: calming, tension, anxiety. Physical: asthma, colds, breathing issues, nausea, digestive issues, muscular aches, menstrual pain, migraines.

Bergamot: Emotional: depression, stress, emotional balance, relieves tension, sharpens senses, concentration. Physical: eczema, psoriasis, wounds, stimulates appetite, colds, acne, scar tissue, oily skin, cold sores.

Cedar wood: Insect repellant. Emotional: sedative, nervous tension, fear, anger, anxiety, meditation. Physical: acne, oily skin, dandruff, cellulite, painful joints.

Cinnamon: Emotional: depression, stimulating, inspiring. Physical: antiseptic, anti-viral, bronchitis, arthritis, joint pain, digestion, colds, muscle aches and pains, clears excessive toxins and wastes

Citronella: Insect repellant. Emotional: eases depression, stimulating, balancing. Physical: highly antiseptic, excellent insect repellant, headaches and migraines, aching muscles.

Clove leaf: Physical: Helps ease toothache and mouth sores, soothes sore muscles, arthritis, rheumatism, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headaches, respiratory issues, bronchitis, asthma, insect repellent.

Cypress: Emotional: Grounding, happy, calming, soothing, earthy. Physical: wonderful astringent, cough, circulation, varicose veins, hemorrhoid, menstrual cramps, menopause, ulcers and sores, arthritis.

Eucalyptus: Insect repellant, opens airways, clears congestion. Emotional: Energizing, stimulating, refreshing, relieves mental fatigue, improves mental clarity and alertness, sharpens the senses. Physical: Breaks up congestion, cooling, relieves pain and sore muscles, reduces inflammation, wounds, infections, insect bites, head ache, sinuses, sneezing, hay fever. Also: Repels insects

Lavender: Emotional: Balances mood swings, calming, mood lifting, promotes restful sleep, reduces stress and tension, depression. Physical: Lessens aches and pains, reduces inflammation, relaxes tight muscles, healing to the skin, soothes itch of insect bites, repels insects, sleeplessness, can help sooth irritated skin and protect it from further damage .

Lemon: Emotional: Reviving, relieves mental fatigue, improves mental clarity, alertness, memory, sharpens the senses, reduces stress, mood lifting, energizing. Physical: Cooling, purifying.

Palmarosa: Emotional: calming, refreshing, balancing, hormonal balance. Physical: pain relieving, congestion, dry skin, flaky skin, wrinkles, acne.

Patchouli: Emotional: Balances, sharpens, clarifies, grounding, aids dreams. Physical: acne, cracked and dry skin, enlarged pores, aids scars, wrinkles, wounds, tissue regenerator, dandruff, insect bites.

Pennyroyal: (toxic, never take internally) Emotional: hysteria, calming. Physical: Insect repellent, respiratory disorders, fever, fainting.

Peppermint: Emotional: energizing, relieves mental fatigue, mood lifting, mental clarity, alertness, concentration, memory, refreshing. Physical: Pain relief, vapors help breathing, improves digestion, cooling. Also: Repels insects and is a disinfectant

Rose: Emotional: positive feelings, mood swings, love. Physical: feminine problems, for regulating periods, calming PMS, menopause, tonic on the heart, dry and mature skins.

Sage: Emotional: helps with dealing with fears, calming, releasing emotions, mentally strengthening. Physical: regulates menstrual cycle, menopause especially hot flashes, water retention, constipation, digestive system, liver, and kidneys

Tea tree: A very universal essential oil. Physical: congestion, coughs, sinusitis, cold sores, warts, respiratory ailments, arthritis, viral infections, dandruff, gum infections, Highly anti-fungal, antiseptic (great in household cleaners), cystitis, athletes Foot, tinea and warts, sunburn, acne, poison ivy.

Ylang Ylang: Emotional: Euphoric, sensual, lifts moods, restful sleep, reduces stress. Physical: balancing to the skin, lessens pain, relaxes tight muscles, high blood pressure.

Wintergreen: (Toxic, do not take internally) Emotional: stimulating, energizing. Physical: relieves arthritis and other joint/muscular aches and pains.



Enhancing ingredients:

Cocoa butter: wonderful, vaguely chocolate fragrance. This yellow nut butter is solid at room temperature, and melts at about 76-78 degrees. It melts on skin contact. Very moisturizing, making skin smooth, and soft and creates a protective moisturizing layer. Excellent to heal/prevent scar tissue and stretch marks and dry skin issues.

Honey: A great moisturizer, nicely soothing and softening to your skin. Found to be a wound healer, antiseptic, moisturizer and preservative. We use it to add moisture and sweetness to our lip gloss.

Vitamin E: a thick, rich oil that is used as a natural preservative. Its antioxidant properties help keep oils from going rancid. It's a great wound healer, fights skin damage, heals scar tissue/stretch marks, is moisturizing and is often used to treat wrinkles and fine lines. Treats skin conditions, wounds, burns, scrapes, and rashes.

Beeswax: a solid, golden wax with a mildly honey-ish scent. It's used in our butters, lip balms, rubs, and more. It also forms light barrier on your skin, helping to seal in moisture, without clogging pores.

Jojoba oil: is not really an oil, it's a liquid wax. Jojoba oil has anti-inflammatory properties, so this oil is helpful as a rub for arthritis and rheumatism. Great for scars, stretch marks, psoriasis, eczema, sunburn, flaky skin. Reduces wrinkles and promotes natural elasticity.

Orange peel: helps sooth, soften and clarify the skin. Also helps protect the skin against free radical damage because, it is a concentrated form of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant.

Grapefruit peel: Very high in vitamin C, grapefruit helps protect against free radical damage and has a cleansing effect on the skin. It is also used in anti-cellulite treatments and in massage oils.

Lemon Peel: helps bring balance to the fluids in the cells of the skin. Also helps stabilize the pH of the skin by counteracting the acidity on it's surface, helps calm redness and irritation and freshen dull, dry skin.



Base oils:

Sunflower oil: is packed with vitamins (A, D and especially E) and also contains calcium, zinc, potassium, iron and phosphorus - wonderfully nourishing to the skin. Sunflower oil is a nice oil that is softening, moisturizing, and soothing. It has a protective effect on the skin and is healing when applied to bruises and skin conditions. It's easily absorbed and is great for all skin types.

Olive oil: studies show it may have some UVB blocking abilities when applied to your skin. It is a thick, rich oil, good for calming inflamed skin, and great on dry or mature skin.

Coconut oil: is a thick, creamy white oil that is a solid at room temperature, but melts on contact with your body. It's an excellent moisturizer and skin softener.

Almond Oil: is a great base for massage oil and it is wonderful for dry skin and helps relieve itching, soreness and dryness. It is soothing, healing, lubricating, softening, and nourishing. Good for sensitive or irritated skin. It is rich in minerals, vitamins and proteins. It is a light, non-greasy, penetrating oil, rich in essential fatty acids and vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and E.

Apricot Kernel: Nice oil for face, and also wonderful in body oils and lotions. Good as a light massage oil as it is easily absorbed. Good for all skin types, especially sensitive or dry, dehydrating, maturing skin. Rich in vitamins and minerals.

Sesame seed oil: It is a natural skin moisturizer and antioxidant, rich in lecithin, Vitamin B complex and Vitamin E, and is easily absorbed into the skin.
